I haven't posted for a bit as I've been soooooo busy! However.. I bought a pair of jeans yesterday.. 2 sizes.. yes two sizes smaller!! Wohooooooooooo.. I'm sure there just cut big but who cares!

I've also bought 2 dresses!!! and I don't do dresses! Worn one to work and everyone thought I had a job interview!!!

I came, I saw..... I certainly didn't conquer!!!!

Weight not good. Debt not good either. Mood even worse.

Came back for a chat and thought I'd stumbled on a dodgy dating site??? When you lot gave up calories, did you not realise you can lose quite a few in the bedroom!!!

Anyway, well p***ed off. Sick of the old excuses, the pathetic tomorrows and the roll of fat round my belly. Really worried and scared that I will never get a grip of this. Feel I'm wasting my life away wishing I was something else but not putting in the bloody effort to do something about it. SELF SABOTAGE!!!!! I Know. I've read all the books, I know the diets don't work. But what now - feel at the end of my tether taking it out on my children, hubby, self. Full of self loathing, but not pity - I have only myself to blame for this - why, how, when, what, will it take!!!

Sorry for the depressing rant. Been reading along for a while but not felt worthy to post. Just to let you know I'm still here and if theres anyone else just reading along - your NOT alone!!!

Hey Misscal......big hug and hope you're feeling a bit better after having a bit of a rant./....and that's what we're all here for!!

I know where you're coming from to a large extent with the self sabotage thing.....but it's late and I won't attempt to ramble right now....

Try and stay positive....every little victory counts even if it is just a small one.....as in the longest journey starts with a single step!

And you're right...you, me etc are not alone!
