Well done Kathfisch!!! What's your aims for next week???K9cuddles wrote:Okay.. my aims are;
- Try to have a coke free week
- To run 4 times this week
- To cycle to work twice this week
I think that's enough for one week!
Okay.. well I run 3 times this week... my legs are feeling it considering I did cycle to work twice too!!!
As for a coke free week.. I failed!! But I'm sure I deserved the little I had for all the exercise I done!! Using my Special K watch I've burned over 3000 calories this week (the most I have ever in 1 week!!)
My aims for next week:
- To run 3 times this week
- To cycle 2 this week
- To bring lunch to work (I've started slipping again!!!)Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092

LAAAAAAALALALALAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA - a merry freebird bounces happily into view having been insulted by tactless boyfriend and being verily delighted! Why??? He said "do you have to wear those awful trousers again? They're hanging off you now and look like....etc....."! Freebird looked honestly into mirror and realised it was time to ditch barometer trousers and buy new ones...ONE SIZE SMALLER!!!!! :j :j :j :j Yippeeeeee...it's working cuddlies....slowly...but it's working!!!
This heatwave has been great.....have staggered around gasping....drunk loads of water, eaten lots of salad and been unable to even think about chocolate. I've now lost a total of 16lbs since I started!
A little tip during this heatwave....if wanting an ice cream fix, get one of those Solero thingies - sod all calories and fat and rather tasty, whereas those yummy Magnums have a monstrous 20g of fat!!!
Minnie - Verily I must taketh my hat off to thyne most marvellous achievements. Thy bagging of desirous job (and boss??) and ye merry passing with distinction is indeed reason for a thunderous round...of :T :T :T

Not at all sad.......if you're putting in the effort and can feel the results then it's obviously exciting. I can't wait for our Tuesday weigh-ins now. And the best bit is knowing we save the £5 WW fee towards new clothes makes it even more fun!
I'm rushing around doing housework now so I can get into town and buy a new pair of barometer trousers......one size smaller.....from a 20 to an 18.....I have to keep saying it cos it just makes me grin like a loon!
. I'll be like a demented hyena when I get down to my 14 target!
And I will.

Good idea, Kath.
So much for the fanfare. I was RUBBISH last week. Did I say FOUR visits to the gym? I managed one. :wall:
OK - next week I will attend the gymnasium FOUR times.
You have permission to SHOUT LOUDLY at me if I goof again. What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160
