Managed an hour at the gym tonight. It was actually cooler there than outside. I am considering moving in until this horrible heatwave subsides. What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160

I managed to avoid the baguette shop again today, despite going into town (and therefore into the realm of temptation :j :rotfl:

Thanks for the DVD FF! Hope you got my PM.
I will be starting that probably at the weekend as I have to go out tonight, tomorrow & Friday.....and I want to look at it when boyfriend is not around so:
a) he doesn't laugh at me
b) I don't feel totally inferior in front of him with other ladies probably near perfect pins on the dvd!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Yippee! I did it! :T :j
I've eaten lunch at home every day this week, and its been mostly fruit too what with this hot weather :j
I got the NO DIET DIET book (stupidest title ever, not so?!) and it is actually really interesting reading. It is based on psychological study of people of all weights etc and does seem to be making sense to me so far... and striking a chord about my eating habits. Will let you know when I've read more and given it a tryDon't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now...
