Think of a FFW friendly goal to achieve this week. Post it below and report back next week.

    Here goes:
My goal is to go to the gym FOUR times this week.
    OK - next!

Good plan Minnie, good luck on going to the gym! :T

Can I combine dfw and ffw by trying to find that no diet book at the cheapest possible price :o:D

No, doesn't count, bad Kath :rotfl:

    Ok,
I'll go the whole week without having a baguette from my favourite shop in town.

I get bored at home quite easily and end up needing something in town, then thinking 'I'll just get a baguette while I'm there' :naughty: I need to prove to myself that I have the willpower to resist, then I can be confident in choosing when I have what, rather than giving in. It'll be money saving and fat reducing (hopefully) as I can find nice healthy stuff to eat at home.

    Who else?!

That combines the two nicely, Kath! If you're desperate for a baguette, buy a pack of the half-baked ones and fill it with some nice FFW filling when you get home.

Or nick someone's Fendi one! :rotfl:

    Okay.. my aims are;

    - Try to have a coke free week
    - To run 4 times this week
    - To cycle to work twice this week

I think that's enough for one week!

And to have no alcohol until Saturday night.

    Day one - mission achieved :T :j

Had to pop into town to do something for my dad, drop some clothes off at charity shop etc, and I didn't spend anything, least of all at the baguette shop :D

Only 6 more days to go....

    How's everyone getting on?

Can I join too? I'm 36, lost 2 1/2 stone since 1st January 2005 but still need to lose at least another stone...

... I can have loads of willpower and be really disciplined then 2 weeks before 'that time of the month' I kind of lose it, pig out and undo what good I've done... at least I'm not gaining though but frustrating

Everybody here seems so motivated and positive and you are all doing so well!
