    Thanks.

I think I'll go with skintys suggestion. Just read it out to dad and he laughed at being called elderly. They're both 63 but fairly young for their ages. Mum is trying to be a bit put out but she can't stop giggling long enough to be pull it off.

I quite like the forthrightness of Aless and Glams response, I will save that for any follow up letter that is needed.

    Thanks all

I think because of spellcheckers I'm a bit lazy - I always spell it wrong no matter how many times I look at it and try to remember it!

harley - it's probably b/c I'm usually a little 'forthright' in my complaint letters, LOL!! I find it gets them to do things quicker, hehe.

I am here but going to do any overtime. Will refresh now and then to see if anyone pops on.

Me and OH had lovely cuddles this morning in bed - been the first weekend since 23rd May that we've not had to get up early, been at IL's or had visitors! I got woken by work ringing at 9am so the long lie-in went out the window, but last night was first night I didn't get up to pee, get cramp or just wake up for no apparent reason.

OH wants to get up at 6.30am again tomorrow for booty so I wanted a nice lie-in today. Oh well
