aw honey - big labour vibes to you. Here's hoping you can get things going in the next 30mins on your own!!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
Good luck Honeypop. XXX
Hit every speedbump on the way to the hospital!!!
Glam, fingers crossed for your OH! XToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
Glam- I must admit that I have been thinking that I just want my baby here now! I do like being pregnant, but I'm so impatient!
Tara- glad to hear that you are being looked after today.
Honey- can't wait to hear news of the arrival of your little one x x:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
I tend to keep anyway from the debating - it has been mentioned may times but each pregnancy is different and what works for one person may not be right for another. I do find some of the posts here to come across a bit harsh, especially to a bunch of hormonal pregnant ladies
I am all in favour of information, but agree with Glam, sometimes there can be an information overload and maybe just after a traumatic experience isn't the best time to bring up some of these opinions. I personally have the view that I will listen to the medical advise given and do what I feel is best for me and my baby and stuff what anyone else may think - but I know after the birth I may not be feeling this strong and hormones may get the better of me and I may start to take things to heart, even if that is not what is intended.
*NMS steps away from the debating, and goes back to cathch up on the chat*0 -
I'm 27 weeks tomorrow and it does go quick but not quick enough for my liking - I know I shouldn't wish the pregnancy away but I want my babe in arms and want my body back!!
I feel like this too at the moment but that's mainly because I've been so nauseous again for the last few weeks and then really sick again for the last couple of days. I feel so weak and light headed, and constantly _pale_:silenced: that I just want it all to be over and done with. Mind you, wasn't feeling that way when I thought my waters had gone on Sunday morning!0 -

I'm really sorry if mine were some of them! I am still feeling really under the weather today, and Skinty's post about the footling breach got under my skin as I still remember being warned to get to the hospital post haste if I started to go into labour when I had mine as the risks were so high, so my tone might have been less than kind, though I stand by my views on the topic!0 -
Glam - a 5 hour meeting doesn't sound like my idea of nice - but at least its made your day go quickly.
I think I may be a little bit strange, but I think I am actually enjoying being pregnant. I love it when bubs has a good old wriggle - ok at times he can give me a good wack and it can be uncomfortable, but I love knowing he's doing fine in there, moving about. I am seriously worried I am going to miss him being there when he is out - I know I'll have a real baby to keep me occupied, but I love the time I spend [STRIKE]poking and tormenting[/STRIKE] bonding with him.0 -

Over the last few days it's been the constant pain in my butt cheek, the fact I can feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel my organs being squished up. the heartburn which seems to be awful and the way every movement seems to knock me for six!
Just hope it's not another 13 weeks like this! (tries to remember how quickly the first 13 weeks went but knows it won't be the same!). I hate feeling like this - I've not had a day off sick for 4 years (except recovery from planned operations) and right now just wanna curl up in bed!
Might get an early night tonight - easier with BIL over cos he keeps OH entertained through the day so he won't be like a lost puppy when I get home!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Up until now I have loved being pregnant and think deep down I still do but just want the pain and heartburn to go away!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
