Nicki - I didn't mean any one post/person...You are more than justified to have your opinion on the subject, especially having been in that situation. I know I won't know how I would deal with many aspects of pregnancy/birth until I am actually in that situation.
Honeypop - my apologies, I keep forgetting to send you over them labour vibes. Can't believe your still here, especially as the MW thinks you should only be needing your water breaking. I don't suppose you've contemplated a DIY popping session? :rotfl:0 -

I think I may be a little bit strange, but I think I am actually enjoying being pregnant...
Me too. Although most of the ailments that accompany pregnancy are less than glamorous, I have overall enjoyed being pregnant.
My hair has never been shinier and doesn't get that greasy and my dandruff has completely disappeared. My skin is clear with no spots and hardly any dry skin at all now. And most of all, I have enjoyed eating what I like and not worrying about my weight too much, after spending almost all my adult life on a diet of some sort!
But I still can't wait to have my little baby and give him/her a big cuddle!Value of prizes 2010 - 2017: £8374 Wins 2022: Magic set

It was all about HR as well!! (needs a snoring smilie!)
Up until now I have loved being pregnant and think deep down I still do but just want the pain and heartburn to go away!
See, I'm sure I would be thinking very differently if I was in pain etc...I'm just waiting for Karma to come and get me. I keep think easy pregnancy either means birth from hell or devil child - surely it can't keep going this well0 -
I'm really sorry if mine were some of them! I am still feeling really under the weather today, and Skinty's post about the footling breach got under my skin as I still remember being warned to get to the hospital post haste if I started to go into labour when I had mine as the risks were so high, so my tone might have been less than kind, though I stand by my views on the topic!
Sounds like me with Ben. All the way through I was insistant that no-one would get me near a hospital, had him at home then the GBS test came back and you couldn't get me there quick enough. No way was I taking any risks with him at all. Hated every secong of being there but was best for him so didn't even think twice about it.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Oh Tara - when your finished with your DD, do you fancy sending her this way. I could do with some waiting on... instead we have a house guest in the form of BIL, who has just spilt up from with his girlfriend and is staying with us for a few days, so it'll be me doing the waiting on :rolleyes:0

She's great, turned up with lunch, lemon drizzle cake and a box of fruit and veg from one of their suppliers (she's a chef). Upstairs now with DD3 changing the bed for me. So organised. :AToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
She sounds like a star - BIL turned up with a bag of clothes and a request for an iron with that look of anticipation on his face. He got directed to the iron upstairs - there is no way I am doing his ironing, or washing and I'll only do his tea if he happens to be around whilst I do ours!0

Hmph. I'm spotting again, which I assume is the result of all the poking around last night. There's not much and it's not new, but I'm annoyed all the same - they should be more gentle.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Where does the time go? :think:0 -
Jenny noo - I wondered how everything was going with you, as your my drop date buddy.. 5 months gone now.. far too quick, I need to buy all the big stuff still!! x
Don't worry, I still haven't bought anything. My brother in law keeps saying we can have all their stuff - no idea what he has but hoping for some big things - however every time we call to go round their not in. So I don't want to buy anything until we know what we are getting off them but feel a bit awkward asking what they have.Mum to DD born Oct 2009
