ooh Glam you're here
I wanted to tell you last night but the site died.. RLT I almost never managed to drink 4 cups and I like the stuff
I used Weezl's idea of making a jug up and keeping it in the fridge and it tastes lovely ice cold (and much more enjoyable if the sun comes back!!)
so I has week 32 - 34 1 cup a day, 34-36 2 cups, 36-38 3 cups, 38 onwards 3 or more cups.
It really worked for me - the MWs were amazed how quickly my uterus shrank!
You little beauty!! I knew you'd have the info I wantedThanks
So make it like tea with hot water and let it cool? or just make it up with cold water?
I figure from that I'll need 189 bags (from 32 weeks to 42) so will buy 200 and will have the extra 11 if I decided I can manage more than 3 cups a day and will have for afterwards as well. If I need extra I can get it from health shop in AIM for £1.29 for 20 bags - don't mind doing that if it's one box.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

the nct class last night reassured me that we are pretty relaxed compared to most
I agree with Sami. I'm the most unrelaxed person in the world but this baby is the most chillaxed (I love that word) thing in the world.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
We'll see how that works - I'm always really relaxed and Husband's always stressing about something.
Let's hope she's a happy child when I'm at home. She can be grumpy when he's in charge.
Damn it I'm still here and the cat's awake. I was hoping to sneak off before he realised I was gone and came to haunt me some more.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Right 2nd time lucky.. i have such bad cramp in my calves today ouchhh... sitting at desk isnt helping. I also need to remember to do my pelvic floor, totally forget, anyone else doing these do you do the tensing toilet thing?
I try to do my pelvic floor exercises, I do them at least once a week in my yoga class  but I hate doing them! I read somewhere you should do them every time your phone rings or something. My OH keeps telling me to do some but that just makes it worse.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Glam - I would imagine you make it like regular iced tea. Make it hot with boiling water and then cool it down (if you don't mind waiting, just do it in the fridge - if you're in a hurry, use a shedload of ice cubes but don't forget to make the tea stronger to compensate). Tea won't brew properly with cold water.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Maybe but it still would have been nice to be asked, but can see i would not enjoy myself if everyone else is drinking. I suppose i am just having a bad day
I've found I can enjoy myself totally without drink even when everyone else is drinking -quite liberating reallyMum to DD born Oct 2009

What is the consensus on gliding chairs? We could do with a new chair but are these really that good?
