Don't think there is one aless . With DD3 I remember falling asleep at my desk. You are allowed to go somewhere for a nap whilst pregnant. I used to find that 45mins in the car helped.

aless - I find a bit of fresh air helps, also walk round the office having a natter to others perks me up a bit..

Yeah, only wish it weren't raining! :p Doing a small circuit around the floor helps a bit...

Another technical question for ML gurus...if my EDD is a Sunday, can my ML start then or does it have to be the Sunday before?

    hey,

Sorry i've not been around again but we've had an eventful and stressful couple of days, we went to go see my sister on Sunday because she had her baby last week, spent a lovely day down in brighton chilling out with them and then on the way back i had really bad restless legs.
We got home and i ran a bath to try and ease them, sat in it for a while and then when i got out i started getting some weird feelings in the bottom of my bump, i carried on and got my bio oil on and then thought i needed a wee and felt a bit of wetness between my legs and thought i'd leaked. I felt down there and I was bleeding, i got back to the bathroom before i suddenly had a really big bleed.
I suddenly had 2 big pools of blood and clots around my feet and i was rushed to hospital in an ambulance. They put me on monitors in the labour ward while the bleeding stopped but i started getting some mild contractions so they kept me on that ward until 10.30 the next morning when i finaly got transferred to the normal antenatal ward for monitoring. Turns out my placenta previa hasn't moved and i could expect more random bleeding at any time, I've just been discharged after a clear 24 hours with no more bleeds but i'm still pretty scared about what the rest of this pregnancy holds for me and the little man.

I have to go back in in a weeks time and see them and i guess we'll discuss what happens now, i have another scan booked for the 22nd July so that will also give us an idea of what happens now, am so glad to be back home now though, i missed the internet!

Hope you're all doing well and babies are sitting snug and tight and happy in your tums.

Oh wow HypnoNu that must have been scary stuff. Am glad you are home now.

    When do you start ML?

Aless - I think it can be that Sunday because it's the start of the week you are due. Put your info in here and it will tell you the latest and earliest date it can start
