Always/Fidget - sorry to hear about you families illnesses - have some dodgy hugs :grouphug:and some positive thoughts from me.
workingmummy - I can't believe your boss  - I would have got angry too
Aw pinkpig, I know it doesn't help, but a least you have an end date IYSWIM? I carry on with the vibes, they might just work!
ETA - skinty - fingers crossed all is well at the scan and your little one has managed to turn.
Nicki - thanks for the heads up - but I really can't be buying anything else, not that we actually need anything else.0 -

Had a big big row/crisis talks with OH last night he is having a bit of nightmare at work at the mo, mainly just office politics but he keeps bringing it home with him and walking around in cloud of anger and snapping at the slightest thing. When we row about anything he threatens to leave work or go on the sick and that to be honest puts the fear of God in me as we wouldn't be able to pay the rent or anything else for that matter. I wish it would all settle down as I'm finding my hormones hard enough to deal with on their own.
Stay cool everyone x
You could do what I do, have a set time for taking about work then after that no more work talk. After a row we usually have to end it with a kiss then try to forget about it. Arguments that go on too long just aren't worth it as they usually just end up sounding like broken records.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Skinty - I am sure you will be fine. Good Luck though - I'll be thinking of you.
MTW, tara and pinkpig - labour vibes to you all (cosI forgot earlier)
I'm having a cheese roll, chicken bites and a bag of crisps
I plan to ring the HR dept of my new job to find out when they will ask for references. I obviosuly won't hand notice in until I get offer letter but won't get that until references come thru! Will probably tell my boss tomorrow but am dreading itA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

Thanks jenny, we do always end them on a more hopeful and positive note but unfortunately the same things continue to happen and it's as if the conversation never happened in the first place. I guess the way people handle their anger is a pretty complex thing that can't simply be sorted out just by someone becoming aware of what they are doing. That's what worries me though really, the thought that talking cannot solve this.0 -
