  • What is rubberising meals?? Congrats on getting accepted. If you do moderation, you'll be done by the end of June.

Hope you feel better soon. Have you done a "depression audit"? All that sleep? Alcohol? caffeine? Exercise? stuff?

    Hugs.

I think its hard at the moment, we've been through a horrible winter, we're tired and unsure about the economy. You've had a busy weekend. It will all look up.

I'm still feeling really grotty today. Not helped as DS2 had a wet bed at 2:30am so the easiest thing to do was let him sleep with us as the mattress was wet.

So today, i need to just survive i think. Plan is:
    • post office to send this amazon book off
    • Mr T as we are out of milk, bread, and tissues.
    • see if i feel up to going to the bank to pay in the cash.
    • wash kids bedding and get beds remade before tonight.

I have thought ahead and i already don't feel up to cooking tonight and DH seemed to be getting what i have, so i got a pre-cooked meal out the freezer so i just need to heat that up and cook some rice.

Its bad enough doing all that when you are well. I hate changing the beds over, takes a lot of strength and feel like I have gone ten rounds by the time I do my kingsize one!!

Hope you feel a bit better and the kids sleep well tonight
