You should be able to go a long way on £20 - I only pay £40 a week and that covers 300 miles, so in a diesel probably even further!

Fantastic.. Rich, we're off to Ikea!!

Actually, when I put £20 in last weekend I'm pretty sure the distance calculator thingy said 300 miles? Or am I making that up?

Have work to do this afternoon, it's weird!

Depends, what mpg is the car? Would have to be around 80mpg to get that I think! I would have thought it said £40, and maybe you halved it in your head to come out with your half?

I don't know, all I know is diesel goes in and the car goes brum (unless, of course, you've just bought it off the forecourt and the battery is dead)

I think the car is 50mpg.. so I must of drempt the 300miles. I was looking at my brothers mileage thing the day after so I most likely mixed them up! 300miles for £20 would be nice though.

You're telling me, I'd have about £200 more in my pocket per month!

  • The cars currently under half and the range says just under 200 miles. My MPG is only at 40 cos it reset when the guy put the new battery in, so its taking its time to build up. Will have to see what the £20 does =)

    And hello tete =)

Sounds like a swanky car with all that kind of thing! Mine doesn't even have a dashboard clock - I had to blu-tack on a little alarm clock!
