Diet coke is the answer, really filling while containing nothing!
Going for a haircut afterwork, maybe that will help the lbs come off?!
Haven't eaten the goji berries yet so can't comment, have switched to walkers baked for a much lower fat crisp, and I do prefer them although they seem lacking in flavour sometimes, but much better texture.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Ooooh can I count that?! I'd be getting loads of extra daily calories and sure beats doing the ironing to get some sneeky exercise in!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I was wondering that - curse my long hair! It's also annoying if I'm wearing my glasses at the weigh in, but I can't see the reading if I take them off!have switched to walkers baked for a much lower fat crisp, and I do prefer them although they seem lacking in flavour sometimes, but much better texture.
OOh, I had some of those Walkers Sun Bites on Friday, they are totally amazing nomnomnom!!

Don't think it will be a drastic hair cut to be honest, just a trim, a few layers down the front, maybe a side fringe put back in.
Cinny you now have the honour of being the only diary other than my own I get instant updates for!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I saw that on Boots diets too, it's a little nugget of truth I've decided not to tell OHTete_en_l'Air wrote: »ETA- I count it Dinah

Talking about Ironing here Tete?
Talked myself out of spending £10 on OH this afternoon, the aftershave he uses it really reduced in boots so I was going to treat him after all this cr*p with his car but now it's fixed I'm back to being a Scrooge! Going to try and barter with my mum over a 'free' meal deal now - might be able to make this a NSD just yet!
Going shopping with OH at the weekend though, need to get a duvet for my bed now it's getting cooler. Just been looking some up and they cost so much!
ETA: I feel honoured Dinah! Have fun at the hairdressers tonight, I miss going to the hairdressers! I'm growing my hair out now so I don't need to go for a while yet.0 -

I usually only get my hair done ever 8 months, but NIM booked me in at the same time as him, so I figure its a nice treat. And we're going to do a MS at a supermarket home store afterwards, and go to NEXT sale (hope its still on!) to try to get him some more work trousers and maybe a few shirts as he's very short on them. A nice pair of work shoes would be good too as he only had two pairs and one have been binned, and the other won't last all the way through until winter sales time. Need to keep it under £100 at most though, as we only have £250 spends for the month, and don't want to spend all of it on the first day! Have a yummy mexican MS meal on Wed too, and I forgot I owed a lady at work £16 for avon, £6 went on lottery today (monthly work syndicate), haircuts are £30 for the both of us - eek! That only leaves him about £75 for some work wear.... needs 2 or 3 pairs of trousers, some shoes and maybe a shirt.... fingers crossed.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Have 'fun' at the gym! I'm going shopping before the cinema with my sister so I figure holding bags while walking pushing past people burns a fair few calories, right?
Just done the post so I'm tapping my feet and waiting to go now. All excited for the cinema!0 -
What you seeing at the cinema Cinny? More to the point what are you going to get at the shops since you've outlawed all the fun stuff on the 100 day challenge!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
