Yes but Cinny is clearly mad.

I don't actually buy much chocolate, but my grandad buys it and my mum for me.

    I can't find the 100 days thread.

I'm doing pretty well on the chocolate!! But then I've just banned myself from buying it, if someone offers me a kitkat chunky I can have it :D Just waiting for someone to offer me one now..

My clothes ban is going to be broken pretty soon Dinah so don't take note from me! I somehow managed to get a massive hole in my nude tights so I need to buy some more of them, plus I ruined my white vest  But then I'm not buying for the sake of it - which is the point of the challenge? - don't know if that evens it out...

Rich has been given a car on loan from the garage so as least he's managing to get to work, he's going to update me on the car as soon as he hears anything. Keeping my fingers firmly crossed!

Going to see Coco before Chanel tonight so I'll be grabbing a meal deal for my tea, thankfully I'm a creature of habit so I've managed to do my boots diets for the day. 941kcal and 8.1g of fat. Helped by my 100kcal sandwich at dinner :D If I don't loose weight this week I'm not going to be impressed!

Well, you're allowed to buy things like toothpaste even if you've given up toiletries - I think it's ok if it's an essential item and you've ran out with no alternative - which the tights are but not sure about the vest?

I know me too, am trying extra-hard after my unashamed gannet like behaviour at the weekend!

Oh you guys are so good! I'm going to join in with the 100 day no books challenge too! It will be touch, but I guess that's why it's called a challenge . I reckon my backlog of books will last well past that too! I've got a few from the library too so that should keep me going, although sometimes the slightly suspicious stains put me off *shudder*and I don't like to read library books in bed!

I'm back on the healthy eating too - I wasn't awful at the weekend, but I did go and have an American-style breakfast on Sunday morning - pancakes and all! I didn't need to eat again until about 7.30 pm so it wasn't too bad.

Cinny, 941 calories doesn't sound like enough, especially if you've been exercising too! If you don't eat enough then it could slow your weightloss down as your body will try to store more energy - I used to think this was a lie told to me by jealous fatties trying to sabotage my diet, but I'm pretty sure there's some truth in it. The weight watchers leader said the same, although potentially she could fall into that category...

:rotfl: at the jealous fatties, but seriously I've read that in a couple of places too - something along the lines of your body going into starvation mode and retaining fat because it doesn't know when it's going to get fed again.

I've just put all my food for the day into food focus - cereal, sandwich, fruit, omelette and beans for tea, plus drinks and a cupcake for later (well they need eating up!), plus my planned exercise and it comes out as 1100 net calories (ie, calories consumed minus calories worked off) - and I think I'm having a really good day, so I don't have a clue what you must be eating/doing to keep your intake so low?

ETA - good luck with giving up books Poddle! Surely the stains are just from food?!?!

No exercising today! But I know what you mean, I eat steadily throughout the day so my body doesn't go into starvation mode storing things up. 941 calories doesn't seem like enough to me either, I keep on checking over the list to see if I've missed anything but it's all there!

Tete - We just have a lot of low calorie food in my house. Like my sandwich for dinner that totalled up at 100 calories - that was just because I used nimble bread and quorn rather than Hovis and Real meat. I'm eating loads though, I think it's just because I've finally switched chocolate for fruit which has knocked down my calories for today!

I'm going to be good and not get myself the new vest top, I wore my old one to death but I'm sure I can find something else in my wardrobe to replace it! I don't think I'll have to get the new tights either, the weather is looking a lot nicer so I might be able to get away with no tights. Just need a bit of colour on my pins!

Can't believe I'm worked up already, counting down the minutes until hometime!

They do say the minimum you should have is 1100 and that should be after exersise. So if you do any, you should eat more. It does seem odd how this works but I used to be on a diet site that helped me lose over a stone and people would often find they lost more if they ate a little bit more.

You are doing well my spreading the food throughout the day.

Well Wendz, if you insist! I'll have a looksie at some other things at the boots counter when I get there. Normally just have a tuna sandwich, apple and some water, I'll try and beef up the calories a bit!

Yes it is for your own good hehe! Maybe get a little snack like a packet of crisps or something. We don't want you collapsing through lack of food either!
