That's a good price Cinny! You should look into one of the nighttime ghost walks, York is full of ghosts and ghouls (apparently...) and the ghost walks are usually very interesting, scary and a good way of seeing York in a way you wouldn't normally see it!

Ooo, that would be fab! But they're just going for the day rather than staying over now, a lot less harsh on my credit card.

Just found out it's only me and my brother for tea tonight so we're going to have Pizza, since you mentioned a take away pizza, Birdie I've been craving one big time! There's no way I'm loosing this stone before the end of September, no way at all.

I really want pizza too but I'm going to try to resist! I haven't really got enough money to be spending on pizza anyway... I've managed to get onto my online banking and it isn't looking too pretty! I can't see me losing a stone either, but even if I lose 2lb, it's still 2lb off my belly so it's good!

Ours will be from the freezer so free, tasty but not as good as takeaway ones!

My online banking isn't looking all that great either. Looking forward to payday when I can clear the CC (to only but £100 straight back on it but shh) and get all the accounts looking a bit happier.

But then hey, I could be a millionaire tomorrow!

Another good thing to do in York is The Castle Museum, I love it because of all the little room set-ups from different eras. Worth the money IMO as there's loads to look at. I think it depend what your parents are interested in though, there are loads of little museums and such like to suit all kinds!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you tonight! Remember me when you're super rich, maybe send me a tenner???

They're way into stuff like that, is that the one with the Victorian street? Going to bug my brother and sister tonight and see if they want to chip in, would mean they'd be able to have a nice dinner out and go to all the places and not really worry about what it's costing.

ETA: If I win I'll buy the rest of the flats in your building off the council so you don't have to have scummy neighbours, and move in really nice people who'll be nice and quiet and bring you homemade pies and what not!

Yeah, that's the one! I love things like that, I like Beamish too but last time I went my Dad embarrassed me by moaning that the trains weren't running (he actually found the manager and ranted at her for ages!) so I'm a bit wary to go back!
I really hope you win the lottery! That'll be ace! You could rename the block after yourself! I could live on Cinny Street!

haha, Flat 1, Cinny House, Cupcake Lane, Katesville... might be taking it a bit far there.. Cinny Lane sounds good to me! Now, just got to win tonight and I'll be away.

Bless your Dad! Sounds like something my brother would do though!

Right, better go wash the pots. I'm pretty sure it isn't in my job discription, but I do spend hours on here so I suppose it evens it out.

    Morning!

Might be a change of plan parents birthday + 25yr anniversary wise, my sister saw a deal for going to Paris for a weekend in Oct for £130pp, which would only be about £90 for us each to pay. Will be looking around seeing if we can find a better deal anywhere else.

Only got two numbers last night, but I suppose I can wait until Saturdays draw to be a millionaire :p

Worked the budget last night and after paying my creditcard off and weekly bills I'll have £77 left. Going to give myself £20 spends for the week so I *should* be able to move some into saves next Thursday, plus I already have all Julys monthly bills covered :T

Best get to work, have a nice morning!

ETA: Just had a visit to the office from my Grandad, nice excuse to get away from the computer but back to the grind now.
Just as my dad goes away I get all these 'urgent' coming jobs in and I don't know how to handle them! Will just have to guess.. and hope I guess right!

ETATA: Just paid another £20 off my CC, should have cleared by Saturday. £55 to go!

You're doing really well with paying off your credit card!

The Paris deal sounds good, do you reckon you'll go for it?

Hope you guessed right on the urgent jobs! I'd be hopeless.. :o
