I prefer the noodles to be flavoured with food, rather than sachets of chemicals.
Herbs, spices, food ingredients = tasty and nutritious.
Flavour sachets = 'tasty' (debatable!), high salt levels, and lacking nutrition :rotfl:I have no signature.0 -
I often do a stir fry for my lunch with the noodles and few cashew nuts or any leftover meat and any veg that need using up. I don't use the flavouring sachet either but do add a bit of soy sauce.0

As above - stir fry -soak in boiling water as instructions before hand and bung in wok to soak up some of juices - I normally use soy sauce and / or passatta and herbs. Basically you can use them for anything that you'd have pasta with .....0

Peanut butter!!
Put about a tablespoon of peanut butter in a bowl, add enough water to make it into a paste (or more saucey if you want) and some garlic (about 1/2 tsp probably) and there you go, gorgeous peanut butter noodles!! you can also add a little bit of soy sauce aswell and some frozen veg (either cook seperately or just stick them in with the noodles when they are cooking)May Grocery Challenge -£216/4000 -

it's really good, and for some reason the cheaper the bread the better, it's real comfort food.Nonny mouse and Proud!!

I just needed lunch in a hurry.
I had some cold roast beef, so I sliced that. I sliced 1 carrot. Opened the noodles and soaked them. Then stir fried the whole lot with a big splash of sweet chilli sauce.
That was nice.
Got the sachet left over though.0 -
I sometimes cook them up then put in a dry frying pan and crack an egg onto them. Really enhances the flavour and turns them into a filling lunch.0
