Parking fine at Mid-kent college

This is a money saving forum, so why do a couple of posters continually insist that the O.P's daughter should pay this invoice when she doesn't have to. Unless of course vested interests in the Private parking industry colour the spurious advice they are giving.
"why do a couple of posters continually insist that the O.P's daughter should pay this invoice when she doesn't have to"
I take it thats a question.
1) Your quote is factually incorrect, misleading & typical of the previous posters offering poor advice on the subject.
2) Neither I or anybody elses post I have read either insisted or suggested she pay anybody.
I look forward to more idiotic interpretations of contractual agreements between pupil & college & employee & employer being posted on the basis of the posters ZERO knowledge of the full facts in this example. Not Again0 -

So what exactly IS the advice you wish to give the O.P.0 -

Never be intimidated by childish schoolboy bullies on MSE.
They think they know it all when they dont.
I think you have a serious communication problem.I an sure it is not true, but your posts show you as an objectionable, tiresome little creature whose every post is attacking those who are trying to give advice from experience, when you think ONLY your advice should be followed.
Try and be more tolerant, and people may just take you seriously.0 -

I have carefully re-read this forum, and the only instances of bullying appear to be coming from you, but then a psychologist would have a field day with your signature.0 -

Ah....
Yet another drivel talking person that has to result to personal insults to make themselves feel better.
As for my signature it did look a bit like this:

All pretending that as well as knowing parking law they know employment law & college disciplinary protocol.
All of which are quite utterly irrelevant in this case. You simply cannot set enforcable contract terms that are outside the law to begin with. Equally, these contracts don't change much between institutions, so I've seen plenty of them over the years.
Never mind that on private property, any "parking law" is fiction of of your fevered imagination. :rolleyes:0
