Nothing would happen. In cases where members of the public have had these tickets and gone to the manager they have been told it is nothing to do with Tesco, and they should take it up with the PPC.
This is partly because many supermarkets don't own the car parks, they are either rented from a property company or part of a larger complex of shops.
Tesco cannot penalise a staff member for not paying a debt to a third party company. If you still cannot understand this, ring Tesco's headquarters and ask.

    Ask them what?

Whether they own their own cark park at the hypothetical Tescos in the question?

Thats a bullsh*t avoidence of answering a question.

If you want to answer the question why dont do ring Tescos' HQ & ask them.

The answer will not be "absolutely nothing".

Never one to dodge a challenge, I have just come off the 'phone to Tesco H.Q . Having been passed through various departments from corporate legal affairs to personnel I was finally given an off the cuff answer.I quote

"If a member of our staff obtained a parking ticket in one of our car parks we would expect them to pay. However if they refused, there is not a lot of action we can take as it would be a matter between them and the Parking Company"

    QED

    You really are something else.
I now realise it will not matter what proof I post on here, you will never ever admit you are wrong. You give vague hints to refer to parts of your other posts, but won't take the quicker and easier option of reposting them, as would happen in a normal debate.
You are the worst kind of troll. One who thinks they are not only clever, but always right.

I see that in 3 months you have clocked up over 1700 posts - perhaps you should get out more and learn the art of social intercourse..

You are now on my ignore list.

    Thats my point.

You do see what the college has got to do with it.

That would depend on the agreement made between student & college. This would be written in a policy document given to each student & the conditions of the continuation of their education & any possible consequences will be written in it.

As for the withdrawel of a parking permit, do you know how much a year or twos parking around the OPs daughters' college will cost??

Just a very very small point, how many times have you been thanked?

    So be it.

Next time you visit your HQ ask what would happen if you park in the MDs space.

I would be interested to know what policy the MD of McDonalds implimented into employees contracts.

This of course has absolutely NO relevence to your unstanding of Parking on Private Property.

I understand that this is extremely difficult for you to understand.

Try doing it & say hello to Ronald for me.

Its been years since I last saw him.

    4800 times.

But I dont expect to get thanked by a couple of know-it-alls who would wet themselves if they actually did park in a space at work that was in their work contract not to.

    They are beyond help.
