    Hi, I didn't have access to the internet late afternoon/evening yesterday as I was out with friends so apologies for the delayed post.

    The place is Malt Shovel. Iver Lane, in Uxbridge, the chain is Vintage Inn.

    I felt abit guilty about naming at the start to be honest, but on thinking about it there's no reason that I should. The so called Assistant Manager didn't show any guilt when being rude and dismissive to me and causing a scene infront of this huge party of people which turned up and threatening me with police.. :eek:

    Exactly, the thing is other customers also had problems as there was not enough staff, they couldn't order food as there was no one there to take orders as few staff were running around really busy already..

    On our way out I heard one table commenting that they'd been waiting ages and they were trying to get someone's attention but it wasn't going to happen!

    I've just been reading the other "bad meal experience thread" about the manager who offered a fight - by mentioning the name of the place in many of the threads looked like they got it to top of the google page..
