Feel so much better about things now. Spoke to my friend and he's cool about everything, so friendship saved :j I am never drinking in his company again!!!
Back to day 1 tomorrow, this week i'm gonna really go for it...

morning all, i kno i keep saying this but today is day one. I went off the rails for a couple of weeks nad i've been making excuses to myself every day about why i've done it. I want to lose this weight, sw is flexible enough that i can lose this weight without feeling deprived, and i am going to do it. So meal planning very rigidly, got 1 meal out this week which I can work around - pizza expres, gonna have the best pasta I can manage or possibly one of those new pizzas thats all salad. Then at the weekend, I am taking all my food with my instead of treating myself to rubbish from the food vans - unless the curry van is there, and then i will plan some syns. I have no idea what triggers the bingeing but I think I am subconsciously sabotaging my weight loss so that I don'[t havet o confront my poor self esteem/body image - if i'm overweight I have justification for feeling bad about myself. how stupid is that?0

kpc it is not stupid at all because once the weight has been lost people forget to remind you how lovely you look or the effort that went into it and just accept it as normal, treat you as normal and do not see you any different, that and what is the point to not eating this and that and going here and there and drinking this and that when I have lost the weight etc is all swimming in your head and you get to feel alone, that it is not happening to anyone else, that you should be pleased the weight has gone and it is supposed to be a miracle cure for all the demons, but it isn't, slimmer does not necessarily equal bubbly confidence, happy smily bouncy people:rolleyes: questions still go unanswered unless you address them thin or larger;)0

I am doing ok so far, have kept my food diary (without missing anything off!) for 4 full days now. I have kept up with the water intake & plenty of fruit & veg.
I am going to get soaked on the school run this morning as its throwing it down oh and we now have hail stones as I type! :rolleyes:

hey guys! im back over the in laws again ha. Never visited them so much
im trying to find a job again. I've given myself a deadline of september to find something. The main trouble i have is giving up a skilled job in debenhams, to one where i just work on a checkout so that to me is going down, rather than up but i seriously cant work another Christmas at debenhams! Plus supermarkets arent open boxing day and they have reduced hours on crimbo eve. Bonus.

Morning all,
Todays food plan is cereal, scrambled egg on toast, and then either chilli and rice or southern fried chicken with new potatoes and salad. OH went through a phase of really liking s/f chicken fillets so I bought 4 packs on offer and now he never fancies it so I have to start using them from the freezer regardless of the not very good calorie content! However I can just have one fillet and he can have the rest if I do it tonight.
If I have a bit of a push then I can hopefully finish my current assignment tomorrow which will be good and means I can move on to the next (even bigger!) one. However my car has its MOT tomorrow so no doubt tomorrow will be spent running around not wasting time not getting work done.
