    Good morning all

    Todays plan is
50 mins exercise dvd this aft
    B - ready brek
L - Pork, jacket spud, veg, gravy and 2oz of stuffing (yum yum yum)
    T - Chicken salad
    supper - 4oz pineapple & 4oz mango

Taking the kids to a bouncy castle birthday party later before lunch. My eldest has been asking if its time to go yet since about 6.30am! don't need to leave home til 11

I don't really know were to start with trying to find the trigger from my childhood that made me sneaky eat  My parents don't know why it started, had a smooth childhood from what I remember, nothing sticks in my mind as to what the trigger would have been. So I just don't know.

BB - I have learnt that if I am wearing something that I feel is making me look big (ie: something too big) then those days I really struggle to stay within calories. It just sets of negativity in me and I sabourtage myself arrggghhh. I don't have many clothes left in my wardrobe now though! :rotfl:Its so good to buy something that you feel NICE in so the cost is worth it x

Bah, Woke up this morning full of regrets. Food wise wasn't bad apart from the fererro rocher and only had a couple. It's the whole weekend i'm started to regret. I fear a friendship may have been lost because of drunken escapades  Would think I would know better at my age

Thanks Missy and BB. I enjoyed my trail running the other week but my ankles didn't. I've got a good pair of runnings shoes but am looking out for something more supportive before i try again> Although I don't want to spend a fortune on my first pair.

maz - hope that your friendships have survived! Ferrero's were one of the first foods I binged on as a child and I still couldn't resist them now.

Mazz - try not to feel bad if you had fun at the time. Perhaps decide on having bigger gaps between having them? Or can you take cash only and therefore limit your spends and therefore drinking that way?

Thanks Hannah. I have gone up a size since last summer (having dropped 3) so the few things I bought last year make me look a bit podgy. I'd rather go up a size (but no further, definitely) and have well fitting clothes that look good. I feel so rubbish when I have nothing much to wear and only slob around clothes.

About to paint a bookshelf I got on freecycle now...

bigger gaps aint the problem hon, was my first night out in ages. Didn't spend a penny, treated like a princess... i think u know the rest..AAAAAAAARGH. I'm sure the regrets will be gone when the hangover has completely gone, along with the stubble rash.

Weighed in this morning and it's a STS again. Not bd considering what I've eaten this week and the total ack of exercise but it won't help me hit target by August. I have managed to lose another half inch off my waist and hips though, but I can't remember when I last measured myself. SHould really start recording that too. Must keep reminding myself not to slip into bad habits - want to get a bag of sweets for my two hour drive tonight, but shouldn't as it'll become a habit and that way trouble lies.

Vixstar, I like to munch whilst I drive - takes away some of the boredom - howabout peeling and slicing some carrot battons to nibble on? Minimal calories involved but will take alot of munching to get through. I took these to the cinema when I was losing weight - you can't go to the cinema and not eat something
