Eek! Hadn't realised it was the end of the month though I had another weigh in before I started my mini weightloss challenge.
Well obviously I don't so here it is ... I am aiming to hit my target by the last weigh in in July. I have 4.5lbs to lose to make my total loss 3 stone. I think its doable if I up the exercise and down the beer (or not as the case may be!). And hen I can set myself some nice new goals like maintaining and % fat loss. Here goes....0 -

lost 5lbs so far - up to 11lb more to lose i think, will stop if it looks skeletal though dont think that could ever happen!0 -
Congratulations SW. Raph hon, my weight loss is only 5lbs this month, think the month got all screwed up with wonky scales, sick kids and stupid weigh in days. But don't want to be cheating now, it;s a 5lb loss for June.
Well still better than i expected eh?4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

Had an iffy day yesterday.
I did so well up until my wander to Tesco for some new tweezers. Spotted the Oreos for 50p.
Haha yeah. I think I ate the whole packet but then went on the bike and burned them all off plus some. So my weight this morning wasn't affected one jot!
Usual brekkie today yummy porridge with raisins, followed by a trip to the docs who told me I could stay off my hypertension tablets as my BP was within range now. (An ad for losing weight or what. Lose lbs, lower your BP and save £s by not buying a prescrip :rotfl:)
I got to work and found out my boss had bought me a ticket to see the Backstreet Boys in November :rotfl:

i'm michelle i'm 29 and a mum of 2 7 and 10 months.
i'm not sure of my weight i think its about 13 stone after having my son i lost 2 stone taking me to 12 and i was happy i knew i needed to lose more put cause i lost some and felt alot slimmer i started to let things slip. then i gave up sw and things shot down hill from there.
my problem is when i eat naugthy its not just one thing its the whole day.
i would go back to sw but i haven't got time i work at nite and zac wouldn't sit anymore if i took him and also for 3 months before i left i wasn't doing it so i'm not sure i can do it. i want to loseweight but i'm struggling to get my head in gear

Welcome:D 1st things first you need to weigh yourself and have an idea of what loss you want to achieve, aim for 1/2 lb a week which is sensible and reasonable.
Once you know you exact weight keep a food diary, take all your measurements and write them all down, take a photo if you are brave enough and keep everything in one place so that you can write the loss week by week, see where the cals go in the food diary, clear all cupboards of the naughties and re introduce the good things lots of them to snack on to have 3 meals a day on, plan a food day, a food week so there are no surprises and you know what you are eating and aim for that daily, drink plenty of water, exercise if poss, join SW on line or WW you don't have to find the time to go to the meetings or tesco diet is really good, fill your comp with food focus website, weight loss sites, chat rooms that are there specifically for cyber space help, don't starve, that is so counter productive, every food you love can be replaced by low fat, low cal, low sugar versions the supermarkets are awash with them in every store, pin the photo on the fridge door and have something to aim for like a wedding a holiday a bikini a family get together and think of how you will look and how surprised they will be, thrive off comments from others when you start to loose, think of lower size clothes, how you can be healthier, more energized, happier, borrow books from the library about diets, healthy eating, tell all your people so they can offer you support and don't let anyone hinder you including yourself:D0
