Oh dear. I feel that I'm letting the side down ..... gained 3.5 lbs this week (I blame it all on the French food and wine they forced me to eat and drink :rolleyes:)0

Im in a mood. Everyones going back to uni and im going back to...nothing
But then at the same time i dont want a full time job because then i cant shop with them in town on a weekday or go out on a monday night. Life is a bit complicated.
I've just finished 360grams of chocolate in about a week and a bit

vix, takinga week and bit to eat 360g of choc shows admirable self restraint i'd say. Ive now had 4 full days on the wagon! This time last week I'd already fallen off. I give myself a new 'thing' that I have to do every couple of weeks - last one was to drink a 750ml water bottle every day at work which i'm now doing; this week i'm going for 5 a day every day. doing well so far! Another week or so, I'm going to add in 1 exercise session a week - i just have to find something i like now.
oooh did i tell i got all my plans back! waiting for builders quotes and hope to be on with the extension by mid oct!0
