Congrats Beanie brill loss this week! Well done on STSs Fred & Victory! Mazza glad yours wasn't as bad as expected too! :D

Unfortunately my monthly weigh in is a 1.1kg gain :o Of which 0.7kg is body fat :o Very bad because I still hadn't lost all of the last gain I had in May, and this puts me slightly over my maintaining range for the first time this year.

I've been eating the same (other than quitting my diet coke habit :p), and increasing exercise slowly since the start of September.

2kg to lose now, to get back to the middle of my range. It would be nice if I could get there by the end of the year :)

Really annoyed. For the first time since starting the diet I have a gain of 1lb What annoys me is I've had a net calorie intake of 1346 over the week, so where have I gone wrong?!

  • -1LB LOSS for me this week please!! :j Also since June (the last time I measured myself) I have lost 3" off my upper arms and 1.5" off my thighs, bizarrely my waist has stayed the same which means I could end up a very funny shape!!

This weekend I made my own hummus which is absolutely delicious, much better than anything you can get in the shops. Great for a quick snack using rice cakes or crudites to dip. I also tried making my own mayo but the white wine vinegar was well past its sell-by date so the results went straight down the sink!

We've had some very bad news this week, my lovely MIL has been diagnosed with Big C. OH has gone into shock and wont talk to me about it. She's only told him & his brother and doesn't want anyone else to know, not even the grandchildren, and OH has only given me very sketchy details, when I try to talk to him he just clams up. All I know is that she's having a scan next week. She's a lovely, lovely lady and has been a good friend to me from the day we met. Praying for a hopeful outcome in this house.

  • :j to all losers and STSers this week.

1lb off for me this week which I'm chuffed to bits with :D

I should at somepoint put my full story on here. I wll do it over the weekend possibly. It'd be nice to put it all down so that I can see just how far I've come. As the goal in my sig is a recent one and doesn't add in what I lost last year :rotfl:
