  • Victory, where did everyone else go?

Good tactic on the 'making friends', when I got my job as a student (for my year out), the team picked me because I was the most friendly and was more likely to fit in (and not distract the fellas ) - I knew it made sense to chat to the tracer as she took me to the interview room.

I have used condensed milk in the past to make millionaires shortcake - very yummy - but you probably couldn't eat it - would make a lovely treat for the kids though.

On Ebay sellers can't leave negatives for buyers anymore - poor show I think. Also, you don't have to pay him the £5, if you do one of the 'non paying' options - he would automatically get his fees back - annoying for him and I think you get a 'strike' but you need 3 I think before you are removed.

Hope everyone else is still out there.

    FFM :)

  • Hi Beanie, sounds yummy. I had a naughty pretend Indian Takeaway from Tesco's + a glass of wine. My treat for a difficult week at work and a harder one to come next week - but who cares? It's the weekend now and I'm going to enjoy it. :j

  • Beanie, foodfocus says Strongbow is 161 calories for 1 bottle/375ml 374g. Sounds okay to me :D

    Elfen, have a fun night.

Vix you don't have to get your tummy out if you don't want - think I'll wait until I'm much better at it. But you do get to wear a scarf round your hips with coins on it so you jingle as you move.

Wicked. I've got a belt i stole from a pair of jeans in a shop when i was 13. Regretted that, but i like to think by still having the belt i somehow make the whole situation better? ha.

Vix, I'm not keen on cows - when I am with my dog we get chased alot through fields - in the news recently a lady was killed by stampeding cows. Horses are usually just friendly.

No me either. When i was about 13 (again) my brothers brother in law was a shepheard and he took me to the farm he worked on and there were these two large gates so i peered through the crack and all the cows were just staring at me mooing. It was then i realised that Cows enter the scary category.

congrats on getting the interview victory! Thats amazing. Remember to have a question ready when they ask you if you have one.

Im really excited because im off to london tomorrow! My dress from topshop came through the post today and its quite skin tight. Going to have to wear granny knickers, not grannys actual knickers...probably too expensive for me to even have in my drawer! Have a good weekend everyone!

Good luck Victory - have a good question to ask - I've asked a couple of normal questions I've been asked in interviews - such as what do you perceive are the company/department strengths, weakness and challenges?

It normally throws the interviewer as they're not expecting anything like that - and also shows them that you are interested in the company overall rather than how much leave will I get.
