I am soooooooo jealous RosiePosie, I love Greece.
Victory, I could sit for hours people watching. I actually had someone come up and ask me if I was some sort of carer years ago, while i was in the middle of purchasing a car. She then went on to tell me, I would find a job where I was out an about meeting more able bodied people. I shrugged it off and went about life. 6 months later, I quit my job as a sheltered housing officer/support worker and went with royal mail. Guess she had the people watching down to a fine art, or had some spooky blood running thru her veins
Sary, {{{hugz}}} I think it's hard for (step) fathers to step in when dad has already been on the scene, they have to bend to our rules that we've already laid down over the years, and sometimes they do overstep the mark. As your son and bf are now rubbing along nicely, would it be possible for you 2 to spend an evening on your own without the kids and have some fun together again?
Villamoura is one of the places we've been looking at, but I sure as hell dont' want to conceive a baby there :rotfl: He's not that kind of friend :rotfl:Seems that most of the flights are leaving on the saturday tho, so i'm off to give the boss the puppy dog eyes so i can get the saturday b4 my holidays off  Will let you know where we end up booking. Atm we're looking at about £550 for HB or £460 for Self Catering. Trying to keep the costs down for my buddy as much as I can, then he can spend more money on me while we're there 4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

exciting plans everyone! I'm off to Barnsley, if you live anywhere near the elsecar railway and lots of big bangs, that's my OH! He was on bbc radio sheffield yesterday and when they asked him how he came to be organising events he told them that I had inspired him to do it. I was really touched by that.0

Hello you guys....I'm sorry I disappeared.....went on my hols and when I came home the computer was completely dead! That's us just managed to afford another so I'm back!!
Will weigh in and post any loss in time for next table if that's ok Granny....I put on 3lbs on my hols which I was fairly pleased about...(could have been so much worse)....I have lost that and another bit too.
This morning I went jogging for the very first time....(well scouts pace really, you know jog one lamppost, walk the next) feeling quite virtuous especially as I'd had a few drinks last night and it was pouring with rain! Mind you my legs are like jelly and my lungs are aching...lol xYou'll make my day if I know I've been helpful to you in some small way,
so please press my :T thanks :Tbutton x

Hi everyone. Sorry I havent posted for god knows how long. I had a complete freak out about everything and pushed the self destruct button on my life. I broke up with my fiance and run off to stay with my dad and am now back home. Have only really started the hysterical crying now as I am dealing with everything, and have nearly 2 weeks of my now ex and I living together until things are sorted. Also had back problems so have been given extensions again on uni work which although helpful has screwed me over for the next year as i will be doing last years work whilst trying to learn and do all my new stuff which will be hard. Things are just rubbish but I know I am doing the right thing long term, just a case of getting through the next 9 months of uni and then move back near all my friends and family and things will be easier. On the upside I have lost more weight and am under the next stone barrier which is good but has not been through hard work, more eating rubbish but not a lot of it. Have really run myself down and think I'm getting ill so need to start eating and sleeping right and crack on with work in a few days once I'm feeling physically better.
Hope everyone has been ok, wont ask to go on the chart this week but maybe next week.0

flying visit peeps but gosh dmv - poor you. (((HUGS). I'd been wondering where you had got to. I hope you get through these next 2 weeks ok and sort your accomodation and everything: it doesn't sound to me like a self destruct button you've pressed - more a case of cherishing yourself enough to make the painful hard decision that things were not good enough in your relationship, and you are just suffering the inevitable fall out from that.
Fee feedee - welldone on a small hols gain - soon be off if you get back on track.
Intergalatic - that is a good loss in a month:T
kpc - that was lovely for your OH to acknowledge that. Hope you have fun in Barnsley. Good stuff re the 4 days back on course.:T
missy - sounds like you've cracked the coke intake already:T
mazza -that sounds a lovely birthday offer. Friends like that are great aren't they.
Sary - your lad sounds like he has coped really maturely with the situation, and in a way, maybe it shows the general value he places on his step dad's contribution to all your lives( and very much how much he loves you) by wanting things to be right between the two of you?
Casseroling chicken iin sauce in the oven: will be served with loads of veg.
Picnic lunch (too much bread but had to get it togetherquickly once we had decided to go) watching cricket: started off sunny and me in frock, finished freezing sitting in the car:D. NIce to get out for a bit though.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0

Thanks BB, its actually my ex moving out not me. Im finishing off egg fried rice tonight so not at all healthy but hey, yummy and I cant face veg and lean meat right now!0
-
definitely don't blame you there dmv - there's a time and a place for the lean meat and veg option and this doesn't sound like one of them! Especially as you have been losing weight not putting on loads.xxI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
