Seethis post ;) IIRC, you need something like 100 posts, and then PM MSE Andrea - go on, you know you want to ;)

My extensive research into ruby red devon cattle outlets has shown that we may not need to go all the way to Devon at all.

We buy Lincoln Red beef when we go to the Lincolnshire show, and Dexter beef at the Farmers' market - enjoy your Devon Red :T

Hex ~ I don't know why but life is like that, the whole it never rains but it pours scenario...had one of those weeks myself, along with my family problems my washing machine died , one of my best friends is facing a court case, and I got harrassed by a gang of hoodies on bikes:eek:
I don't have any good advice, but it sounds like you have a lovely dh, make sure you pace yourself with your clean up and make what you're going to cook simple ( yes you know all that, but it makes me feel better to sound like an old wise woman:D )

I shall be uber geeky I think and create a google map with pins showing where all the shops selling ruby red beef are to print off and take with us....

I truely appreciate that kind of geekiness :T
Hi LilySue - have you talked to DS2 about money, how short it is etc. I think he's very lucky getting to go abroad. Its costing me £250 for DD to go on a school trip to London for 2 nights! Is it worthwhile looking out for a bike on freecycle? I think Dusty has given sound advice as ever. Hope your feeling better today xx

I'm actually feeling loads better thanks.....I was brought up very traditionally for want of a better word, not to share problems and to do the whole stiff upper lip thing.....and I'm always surprised at just how much better having a good old rant makes me feel.
Freecycle is a great idea, I get the local e-mails for my area and often just end up deleting them, will start to look through them from now on.

Lily - i'm going to send mine to boarding school or put them in a cupboard when they reach 15!!

Sadly he is six foot one already and isn't easily stuffed into a cupboard ....hmmm the boarding school thing does sound interesting, however I don't think Hogwarts actually exists...............

And thank you all for your support, :grouphug:....ooh that is not a nice smiley, I hoped it was a group hug, but it looks rather wrong to me:confused:

Just back from Tescos, now off to start to fly :A

And yet when I posted that a few weeks ago to get you out of your listening to depressing music mood, you didn't go much on it

Now you know why that's my sig :D

Anyway, Morning all. Weather is a bit dull here and I'm trying to decide whether to risk putting washing out on the line or not. Might leave it a little while and see how it looks.

OJK - brilliant! Welcome back :T

PenPen - I didn't PM anyone or ask to have the extra buttons  (not that I'm complaining cos I like them ;))

Does anyone ever print off the lists and like a to do list to take round the house or am I being too OCD?:rotfl:
    l

I have a flylady document that I copy & paste the list to and I take my laptop around the rooms with me, put on some music and clean (with a bit of dancing too boot). Does anyone else clean to music, if so what?

I swop and change as I like a varied music range but at the moment I clean to either the kings of leon or AC/DC. I have recently tried Queen although I found it not very productive as I was waving my feather duster in the air alot, instead of dusting singing at the top of my voice probably to the distress of my neighbors. On a different music note I have Maurice Ravel 'Bolero' (15+minute version from classic moods cd) and I put that on while doing my bread buns, I seem to time it perfect from start of song to finish, that my buns are on the tray by the end of the peice, my oh laughs at me but I just so love that music, I remember watching the '84 Olympics when Torvill & Dean got gold. A bit of nostalgia for you all http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAXTBiKwmgc enjoy.
