Hi everyone. Been very busy today so done NO flying whatsoever. Except from DW, cooking tea etc. Just got back from a very good night out with some friends. Been to a few bars and into a club that we managed to get on the guest list for. Can't belive how pricey it was though. Don't know who bought the round in the club but for 4 pints and 4 bacardi and cokes it was £49!!!!!! OMG. Good job we were too drunk to know any better.
Supposed to be taking DD1 to gymnastics at 9am in the morning. That might not be happening.
Will catch up with everyone tomorrow. Hugs for all who need them. xxx0 -
If the last post made any sense at all I'll be very surprised!!!!! Had far too much bacardi.0

Morning everyone!
I've been up since 4.50am as woke up with a tummy ache and couldn't get back to sleep. Had a peppermint tea and caught up with the thread.
Feeling tired now, so may pop back to bed for a little bit. OH is still asleep.
Have to take little black furry to the vet for his vaccinations at 10.10,
Need to do some flying today as haven't done anything since getting the first star, and don't want to let the lovely toots down.
Hugs to everyone!
I'm back off to bed I think.

I teach secondary and wish more parents would set boundaries and not give in! Keep up the good parenting.
When children come into work, it's really clear which kids have been parented well, and which ones have just been dragged up. It's a joy to encounter a well mannered, confident kid. :T:T We had a lad in who was so well brought up that I wanted to phone his mother to congratulate her! :T:D (naturally no parents are phoned in the course of my job!!
)
And can anyone explain to me why teenage girls feel the need to put their fingers in their mouths and look away from you when talking??? I have to fight the urge to slap their hands away from their mouths and tell them to look at me! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rolleyes::rolleyes:Just got back from a very good night out with some friends. £49 !!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: That's horrific!!!! I cannot tell you how upset I'd be if I was presented with that bill for one round!
That's why I don't go out anywhere....
:D:D:D
Morning Everyone. :hello:
I'm into work this morning, so I'm off to jump in the shower and wash my hair.
If I don't get back on today, have a good day everyone. See you all later

Morning everyone
DS and I are off on the great beef hunt today. We were going to leave about 10.30 but will have to delay it until about midday now. DS tried to order a new iPhone yesterday. He tried 3 times. 2 seemed to fail and the third got declined. However, money has been taken from his card. As he'd ordered Saturday morning delivery, we have to wait in now until noon just in case.
I shall be uber geeky I think and create a google map with pins showing where all the shops selling ruby red beef are to print off and take with us....I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Soapie have a nice day with your son
Sarah shattered I agree with you totally
Have come on to brag that I have no ironing pile twice in a week despite having 2 small kids:j Have decided I will try and keep on top of it instead of it becoming the pile of doooooom.
Looks to be a sunny day here so off to peg washing out and get kids fed then off to view allotments, hope there's a nice bramble free one just for me and my mate:rotfl:

hi all
Soappie. Has your son phoned up and checked his bank account as sometimes money is earmarked to leave the account but then isn't processed-hope that makes sense.

No, he hasn't. He's aware it may be a pending transaction but wants to stay in just in case!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Lovely morning - I was in the back garden at 6.30 in my dressing-gown filling the bird feeder.
Now I am ready to go into town and watching the black clouds gathering :mad:0
