    we've no obsession with goin to court expert. but if the company dont offer anything then thats where it will end up. the scenario you outlined is prob the best option for evryone so we'll see wat happens. the ball is now firmly in the companies court

    :D nothing really to report. the tribunals have been lodged so we are waiting to hear back from them and the equality comm. our house insurance has agreed to fund legal expenses up to £50,000

    wife started her new job last week and is enjoying it
