Hedger, this may well be what happens before the case goes to IT. Don't rule out an offer for the sake of a principle to expose the ex-director. After all, most people would have a price they would walk away from a point of principle or consider the director was exposed at a certain £££.
Thats what is going to happen.
Hedger will want too much money & the company will risk it in IT.Not Again0 -

I really don't get this whole obsession with going to court, etc. If I were in your place and was offered a very reasonable settlement, I would negotiate to get more and then shake hands out of court. Why bother with all the nerves, etc? From what you have said, it sounds like the director is gonna get done by the company anyhow, so why not take the money, close off that chapter and walk away with a smile on your face.0
