  • Haha - I suppose you can be allowed a new outfit, you have been working hard and dealing with a @!"£! of a manager...what are you going to get? I got a catalogue for BooHoo.com the other day - I haven't tried it, but my money spending friends have and tell me its quite good and cheap. I have found a nice coat in there which I am going to get when it gets a bit chilly - its £35, so I can't tell you off for buying new stuff :D

    Thank you girls :)

I have been looking on that website for a while. I love shopping. I have a few things spotted on asos, topshop and lipsy. Ill need to see what I fancy at the time.

Ok so can not afford a car ! Not even a cheap older one of the one I want :( Not until at least Jan when I have more money coming in.

Cars are expensive to run, you'd end up working an awful lot of hours just to pay for the upkeep. Much better to buy clothes which will obviously advance your career. ;)

  • But I work 20 miles away from home, which is 2 VERY long bus journeys. A car would just be so much better. I dont really care about the money once im a bit more secure and to be secure and happy in my job I need to work in this other place. Working in the other place means travelling loads. Or I have to stay in the job that they apparently dont pay me to work in and also dont like.

Hmmm, I see your predicament. Perhaps you could start matched betting to pay for the car? Or can you rejig your SoA and snowball date to accommodate the car? Could you ask for money from everyone for Christmas towards the car?

  • My brother said he could give me the money and I could pay him back but then it still means i need to find the money for the insurance before I can actually use the car. Its a mess.

Im sick of having no money and working my ar*e off and getting what seems like no where !
  • I have decided I am not giving up on the arguement with the boss about my wages. I know im right since I have been every other month and he is talking rubbish. Hes getting a phone call tomorrow morning so I can finally get my money. I will have all my arguement written out so I can explain that I am right and he is wrong so get it sorted !
