Thanks Marty and TangleFoot. Very useful info. Yes my devices are USB. I also have a couple of USB printers (a Samsung Laser and another one I can't remember the brand of...) so I guess they will work too?
Yes, your printers should work just fine. Check the manufacturer's website for a Mac driver just to be sure. Mac OS X also comes with lots of printer drivers pre-installed.
I like to do a fresh install of OS X when I get a new Mac and during set up remove the drivers and languages I don't need to save some disk space.i have found the crucial site and think I could add the extra 2GB of RAM for £20 - is it easy to install myself?
If you can use a screwdriver, it won't be a problem for you. You can find full instructions starting on page 44 here.0 -
Worth noting that you'll probably need 2 x 2GB sticks as the installed memory will probably be 2 x 1GB sticksi have found the crucial site and think I could add the extra 2GB of RAM for £20 - is it easy to install myself?Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0 -
