This sold on eBay because Amazon doesn't have a page for it, but if any pro-sellers come across a copy it might be worth creating an Amazon page for it.

I picked up a bookstall copy for £2 a couple of years ago and it sold for £53 on eBay last night!
Any occult/alternative religion books from the 60s and earlier seem to do very well, but that was spectacular!
