    Nonsence Rupe... a PB is what it is all about.... thats the good thing about running the only person you really race is yourself so you must tell.. and so rich can have you on the results page :)

    Well done Rupe :D:D A pb is a pb - keep em coming!

    Uk - remember if you hit the wall in training on a 20 miler - YOU ARE GOING TOO FAST :p Slower next week please - but very well done!! And if you dont we'll be getting your OH to 'hit the Wall' ;)

    + i did say a little :P

    still going strong with 8.40m till the end :D..

    just a big diffrence in say getting to 12 miles and saying you only got 4 left..and then get to 16m and try and tell yourself you got 4m left :P...

    and then all in all still have another 6m left :eek::eek::eek:

    Uk - I had the same battle with 20 and 26 miles but you will run it on the day - I did and I was terrified of hitting the wall or just running out of energy, but the training works :D

  • Another week!!

    Was out yesterday evening did my 4.7 miler in 41.05 and felt really good!!

    Tried out my new Nike trainers very comfortable and I also got a new
    HRT Monitor watch!! It was £13.06 in Tecsos very good offer as I just really wanted the stopwatch !!

    Plan for this week is

    Tues - 4.7 miler
    Thurs - 4.7 miler
    Sat or Sun - 6 miler!!!

    All is going to plan considering I was only out last Tuesday and yesterday evening (twice last week)

    I really need to get out 3 times as per your plan to keep going forward its just getting the time!!

    Dont worry E.C. it'll fall into place eventually with finding the time - the best thing is as you get better each run takes less time so its even easier :D
