    Hi everyone

    got a 5k race tonight and I am actually getting a bit nervous because there are 10 people at work who have done a sweepstake with regards to what time it will take me and there are only two people who have put down over 30 minutes :eek: I'll be really embarrased monday as there is no chance I will be in in under 30 mins :o

    Good morning all - just setting off to investigate the the inaugural Heaton Park parkrun in Manchester.

    Good conditions by the looks, just a little curious about the 100ft 'hill' at the 3 km point which will add a bit of interest.

    I wonder how Scorgeous got on last night?

    Enjoy the run Rich....I am off to pick up Sally in an hour or so to travel up to Leeds to meet the rest of the crew and do the Leeds 10K tomorrow.....I am looking forward to it...
