Well .... I went to bed early last night because I had a headache and woke up feeling even worse :mad:

I decided that a run might make me feel better and discovered at mile 4 that I really did not feel on top form - by that time I was 2 miles from home so I just kept going as I had to get back for work. Nothing specific just have a headache and feel hot/achy - have probably got some buglets brewing. I'll see how I feel tomorrow but might have an extra rest day if I don't feel any better.

Glad the knee is feeling ok Uk - I'll be back with my shopping list later

That's OK, I don't mind holding a tiny bag! Actually, a friend with family in Athens just suggested we enter the 10K!!! Not enough annual leave left for me to take a week off!
