Good wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.
  • Simply - I can't keep up, where are your pics?

Everyone is doing so well, I love it here! Nice 3 miles tonight. Still just over 1/2 hour, but getting closer!

Getting excited about Loch Ness - but I'm only doing the 10K, not the marathon!

Parkrun didn't post pics this week, didn't realise how much I looked forward to the pics!!! How sad is that!

It looks like they're scraping the barrel this year in terms of guest starters:

    Sting and Steve Harmison

Why? No connections to running as far as I can see and not particularly in the news for anything unless Harmison being in the Ashes squad that won an event with 2 entrants counts.:p

I'm sure Eddie Izzard would have done the job for a decent square meal.

Hi Becky, surprisingly I feel fine! I'm going to do a steady 10K later today which will be my last run before the big event. Decided to have a wee swim on Friday to loosen up instead of a smaller run

That's the first of three 10 mile runs completed; it's taking some getting used to running without music but after a few miles I found I wasn't missing it too much (too busy dodging children on their way to school). :D
