Evening All!! :hello:
Were you able to run tonight Becky?
I had a 4 mile fartlek run scheduled today but my legs felt a little tired so it was less speed and more play for me. I'm loving this sunny weather but it was hot, hot, hot this evening.
So........ 4 miles 00:38:40 (09:37/mile)
Hmmm, it's been quiet on here for a few hours; does that mean you are all out running????2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Some good running going on as usual :j And some good plans for events too!
I did a 6.8m run at lunchtime today in 1:07:55 (avg. pace 9:58/mile). Not too bad. Didn't feel anywhere near as bad as Sunday in the legs, though I messed my pace up a bit in the middle. Was a wee bit hot though!
Total for the week = 6.8m
I plan to go out again tomorrow and possibly Thursday this week. My cumulative daily running felt quite good a couple of weeks back so trying that again this week all being well.0 -
No Simply - had some complications appear out of nowhere today so have to wait till I can get to the docs tomorrow just to check (wow I am sensible sometimes
)
Well done on the run on tired legs though - but dont forget if you need to take a day off ever - do it and dont feel guilty0 -
Hope things are fully better soon Becky!0

I like the mean street one to... maybe coz its a lot cheaper.... now go and get Rich to play and we got a team :T:T:T:T
I don't get it!!!!
So 3 people as a team pay £105 to do a treasure hunt in the middle of London that anybody with a spare hour and access to Google could knock up?
I think organising one could be fun if there's that much money in it!!;)Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Hope everything is ok and that you get sorted tomorrow - you must be climbing the walls. Good for you on the sensible front though
My legs weren't tired enough that I needed to rest today - I think they just took a while to warm up as I was fine once I got into it. I've got another rest day tomorrow so will make the most of that - I've got my first 14 miler scheduled for Sunday :eek:2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -

Hey all, went out for a small 4 miler tonight, body hadn't quite recovered from Sats long run but I got over halfway round and did better than after the half. Looks like my body is recovering quicker
I used to love running on the treadmill, but find it so dull now, I keep looking at the clock willing it to hurry up, whereas outside I just enjoy the scenery and the sun
That Blackpool run looks interesting, maybe I can pursuade the wife to a weekend awaythe pleasure beach might tempt her!

I was thinking the same raphael; a nice spring weekend away in Blackpool. Sounds like the ideal break to me - just need to convince my OH now!! Fish & Chips anyone??2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910
