Thats actually being quite conservative - remember thats going through each 200 in 58 secs....you've just done a whole series at 51 secs.....so you'll be very comfortable at that pace.:D

However my powers of seducation aint working with. K_Bagpuss ...:rotfl:

Kelly Sotherton was in my year at University. Different course though. I think she did "sports science" along with some other notable names (Phillips Idowu, Iwan Thomas, Marlon Devonish, Audley Harrison etc.). Didn't know her, so can't say what she's like.

What job did she do before?

    edit:
Ooh, I've just seen. Debt Collector. Nasty.

:j:j:jI ran my first 3 miles this morning in 39m 46sec.
That was quite a bit further then I had run previously as before I had done the run by the time rather then distance (Sunday I did 5min walk, 25min run then 5min cooldown walk so not really sure how far the run part of it would have been if you see what I mean)
Anyway back to today I felt really comfty with the run, could have held a conversation quite easily (note to self, I have got to stop singing out loud whilst listening to the ipod as I am sure I scared several old dears this morning!:p)
