    UK, you may well be right. It just seems wrong to be up and about at that time when I do that Monday to Fridays. I'll try it for next Sunday as I can always come back to bed once it's done :cool: :D

    Eeek! Can't claim to have been running outside. I was on the treadmill but I still found it hard. Have made up for all those calories burned up too. OH did a 16 mile run (outside) so we drove into Tynemouth and had a curry! Nom nom nom!
    Good wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.
