UK, you may well be right. It just seems wrong to be up and about at that time when I do that Monday to Fridays. I'll try it for next Sunday as I can always come back to bed once it's done :cool:The 365 Day 1p Challenge 2025. Member #420

I don't think I could have done this without the podcast to be honest the one I have used is the Robert Ullrey one, its not my kind of music (take that girl at heart!) but I have found it really helpful. Hope it helps you too x
Thanks - I'll check it out now: lots of them have just downloaded. It means that I'll have to stop listening to the Harry Potter audiobook, but I think it will be worth the sacrifice. Please call me 'Pickle'

Eeek! Can't claim to have been running outside. I was on the treadmill but I still found it hard. Have made up for all those calories burned up too. OH did a 16 mile run (outside) so we drove into Tynemouth and had a curry! Nom nom nom!Good wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.0
