Evening all, good runs as usual, I hope you have a good but slow run tomorrow Squizz x
I didn't make it out yesterday, ds has had a rotten weekend and it didn't seem fair to leave him when he was feeling so poorly.
So went out today, I did my usual 7 mile route and knocked some more time off so pleased with that - hoping to get quite a few miles done this week and have family and friends visiting all weekend as it's ds 1st birthday next Monday. DH and I have next Monday off so we are going to do a run together, it will be good to show him my improvement.
Stats so far this week:
Mon 10/8 7.05m 1:18:02 (11.04/mile) - taken another 3 mins off time.
It would be great to see you at Snowdon if you're over that way Chick x0 -
