I've never seen one where they charge more than the £2 though have you??

Although some dont make it obvious there is a discount for affiliated runners till you get to the order form *rolls eyes*

Its like its always cheaper to fill out a form and pay by cheque than paying online - no sorry how can that be right!!!

Yep, £5 in some races ... I think some of the Bupa races have gone down that avenue because relative to the entry fees they charge anyway it doesn't look that much.

Thats because the online entry providers take a fee which is usually 20% of the fee, although downward pressure has now been put on that by realbuzzbritain who transact for an average 65p per entry.

The race organiser would far prefer a postal entry.;)

Week before London Marathon... If only we had the ballot entry results... Still if worse comes to worse and plod around Redcar :D... then Hopefully... finguers crossed do the L marathon :D... if not then bring on Barcelona, Monaco or Cyprus + can then try for a good time in Redcar :D.

You can do a half before a mara as long as you take it easy and treat it as a training run :D

But chances are (sadly) that you wont get into London anyway (1 in 10??), you could always do Blackpool with me - now that would be competitive ;)

Blackpool was perfect weather this year - sunny, cool and a nice slight breeze :D

I hope you do get into London - its an experience.

I wont be doing it again - discovered I dont enjoy big races tbh and so I'll leave it to everyone else :D
