I know it's a bit late now, but maybe searching for bad feedback before parting with the hard earned would be prudent.
That goes for the potential purchase as well as the vendor.

Thats not meant to be taken as criticism of any victims, merely an observation especially bearing mind the type of car the OP bought.

Would have been helpful if there had of been any...but wasnt many around when i first started googling them.

We did exactly that, we googled and googled them, but there was nothing anywhere about them...
This is a resonable establishment, as in the set up and the type of cars they sell and the presentation of the cars, we didn't have any reason to doubt them at the time of sale, the staff aren't terribly well presented but i was more intersted in the cars., as in the fact they wear polo shirts and not suits, Iam on to the case with watchdog, i have a huge file of letters and records of dealings with (or not) with this company, everything we did for all those months was documented so it should prove a picture if evryone else does the same, i just think about all those potential car buyers enjoying a saturday afternoon car buying....

I'm sorry to hear your having a bad experience too, definitly a trading standards issue!!!

I am not quite sure what you are saying about the RAC check. Did you get it done before you bought the car or after. If the report showed up all the problems that you say, before you purchased, why would you then still go ahead with the purchase. If the RAC check was done after you bought the car then that was a peculiar thing to do.
It seems a pretty dodgy company to be doing business with. I trust that others will not disadvantage themselves by buying cars from this crowd.
