okay now, think it was the modem that got 'stuck'. Unplugged it and plugged it in again and got connected fine.

I've signed up to madasafish broadband but mail is not arriving in my webmail account - in fact despte having received mail for several months now through Entourage (Mac version of Outlook Express), according to the online webmail account, I've received no mail.

It's vital I work out how to access mail from my web account because my iMac is about to disappear for around ten days on account of the fact that it is rubbish and keeps breaking down (another ranty story).

Anyone able to help?

Does anyone know how to access webmail on madasafish? I've accessed it through my Entourage account (Mac version of Outlook Express) where I've been receiving mail for months. But when I go on the webmail account it says I have received 0 emails.

Surely if someone sends an email to my address it should appear in Entourage AND on my webmail account. N'est pas?
