Yes, if you go to your router screen, there should be an option to change the password. If you let me know what sort of router you're using then I should be able to give you a more detailed description of how to do it

Thanks James all sorted now however I did have to ring them again to sort password issue out. As i've been on the phone for over 45 mins in past week and lost three days of broadband access is there any chance of getting my call charges refunded?0

This month I may go over my 5 gig limit as I have a huge amount of files to upload to a client. Could anyone please give me any kind of idea of what the extra charge would be say per 100 meg to my private email adress if possible.0

When you exceed the limit, the charge is £2 per GB (or part GB). No rollover of any extra paid for but unused.0

Of course you could always look on the MAAF website rather than getting people on here to do it for you.
