    Hi Samara,

Yes I wouldn't mind signing up now for a new 12 month contract and then sign another 12 months contract when I move house - Is that definitely what happens at MADASAFISH? I really don't want to sign up if I will get stung for £80.62

    Thanks
  • Hi Judosteffer,

In order to get the free house move, you would have to be outside of a 12 month contract - or if you haven't had a free connection in a 12 month contract that your in (say for example you've completed your first 12 month contract and negiotiated a new 12 month contract with us).

But let's say that you're 6 months into a new connection with us - than there wouldn't be the option for a free home move until you've completed your first 12 months.

    I hope that makes sense!

    Kind regards,
    Samara

Are there any good deals going just now? I'm with Virgin and I am leaving them as their whole service is poor.

    Thanks
  • Hi Moaninmick,

All of our package information on broadband is available at https://www.madasafish.com/broadband.

If you were interested in our MAX 5GB broadband package if you enter the word CHEAPER in the promotion field it gets you £1 off every month of your first year of contract - thus £10.99 a month for the first six months followed by £16.99 a month.

Also on the referrers board on MSE you may find that some people will split the commission for referring someone to the service with you.

With all of our broadband packages you get a free wireless kit, there is a £7.99 P&P charge on this.

Hope that helps and good luck selecting your future supplier!

    Kind regards,
    Samara

    Hi,

What if I sign up now, but then move house in 6 months time, would you waive the fee, as long as I started a new 12 month contract?

Please let me know, as I am keen to switch to your company, but this issue is putting me off.

    Thanks

    Samara,

Thankyou for looking into it for me. I can confirm it is much better thanks.
  • Hi Judosteffer,

I'm afraid that there would be a fee for moving house within the first 12 months of contract.

What is your current situation with broadband, do you currently have an ISP? We may be able to work something out based on if you migrate into our services from a non LLU Provider.

    Kind regards,
    Samara

    Hi Samara,

The above seems to apply that you can get the MSE Deal whilst being referred by another Madasafish customer. Is this correct?

When i try to sign up i get this next to the promotional code box

"Only one Promotion or Referral code will be accepted per signup. Promotion and Referral codes cannot be used together. "

As i assume that this is where you have to type in CHEAPER then this seems to contradict the above statement. Either that or i am just easily confused!

Is there any chance you could confirm if it's possible to be referred and get the MSE deal at the same time?

    Thanks for your help Samara.

  • Hi Poolprouk,

I've got to apologise - I didn't write that clearly enough :embarasse

In short, you cannot combine a referral code with a promotional code when you sign up - however I'd like a second attempt at my longer explanation. ;)

    Second attempt:

If you use the CHEAPER code then you'll get £1 off a month for your first year of MAX 5GB service (thus £10.99 a month for the first six months followed by £16.99 a month for the remaining six months of service).

Whilst you can't use a referral code with a promotional code (only one can be used when you sign up) - I have seen posts in the referral section of MSE whereby the referrer is offering a split on their share of the referral credit. In some instances the value of what they're offering is of greater value than the CHEAPER code (which has a £12 value).

What I would do is have a quick look in the referrers area of MSE and just see what's on offer. If there is someone there who is offering a deal which is greater than £12, and you trust the poster, you should give it a go. It's a great way for the two of you to benefit and save money.

    Kind regards,
    Samara

    Hi Samara,
Thank you for helping us savers through these means.
On Martin's advice I joined Madasafish in March 05 and am very satisfied. At the time I missed the CHEAPER deal and it is now slightly irksome that I pay £17.99 per month when my fellow savers seem to pay only £16.99. I wrote an e-mail to your support team but they did not reply (not very friendly for "the friendly ISP"). Could you please raise the issue and advise whether there is scope to adjust my price; it would just make me feel better.
    Thank you
    Yours
    John
