You will probably have to contact the Administrators. I expect the website will be updated with details soon. Its unlikely you will get the money back though.

Also do you pay a month in advance or is the payment taken for last months viewing in which case you won't be entitled to the money back anyway.

There should be no issues cancelling your Direct Debits. If they do threaten to take you to court (extremely unlikely), you can threaten to counter sue them for failing to provide their service. Also, we surely must be covered by the Sale of Goods Act etc, i.e. services/goods must be "fit for purpose". Clearly if their is no service the fee is unjust.

I'm off to cancel my DD now...

Direct Debits are controlled by the customer. We cancelled ours. Our contract was monthly and ordered through Sky, with Sky order number.

Reoccuring Payments are the ones controlled by the company...if you paid by credit card...they have to cancel it.

Dont need to do anything now but administrators say there is no money for any refunds and cancel your DD or contact bank for other payments,no contact is needed to anyone else
