Hi, just logged on at my Mum n Dads. Have an hour to go before I leave to collect DS from College. So decided to stop here, rather then spend another 30 minutes driving home and out again. Can leave here at 12 and be at college in plenty of time. Probably would have gone rummaging, but with the break away in less then 2 weeks, I want to save a little bit of spending money.
EDIT. DS just rang, he is stopping in town a bit longer, so I am going home. He may get a lift from his mate. Saves me messing about anyway.
i can alter those trousers and make another hand bag!.
    Catch you later.

mutter mutter, day is going all upside down.
When I got home, I did some basic housework, cleaning the bathroom, hanging up laundry etc. Diceded that I would use up some oldplums and make a crumble, but answered the phone and forgot about them, burned them and the pan.
Was just going to make a trifle, and the phone went again.! Working Links. A reminder that I have an appointment tomorrow. I said No I dont, you havent written to me or anything. All I had was anemail with a link to Business Links.
She has kept me chatting for ages. So what will I do tomorrow there? Its now had to be rebooked to be at 9am So thats when I am in the middle of taking DS to college.
He is going to have to go by bus? Or miss it. He only has one lesson? We will have to see. Its a lot of money just for one lesson.
Anyway, now I am going to try and make that trifle, but I doubt it will be ready for tonight.
Mums just MSN'd me. My Dads bringing me over some stuff that been lurking in his garage for a few months. Mmmm I need to move a few things now.
Better get going. Still got those 3 pairs of trousers to alter.!!

Put an old towel in the car before you need it, and leave it there! I tend to put things by the back door which need to go into the car, so I don't forget them!

Dad just been with the old drawers. So I have something to store the sewing things in now. Until the twins come over and say, hey they are mine!!:D
Mum has given me some threads on cones, and some curtain fabric remenants all for making my bags!. etc etc.
Now all I need is time to be here on my own again!!!
Right third time lucky to make some pudding for BF coming over tonight.
Hope he doesnt mind there is no wine or beer in the house. Infact there isnt even any squash left!.
I will only pick some up, if I have to go out and collect DS. Not making a 8 mile trip for a 50p bottle of squash!.Even though I do love BF!!:rotfl:

Is the appointment near DS's college? Could you just drop him off early or leave him somewhere on the way to make his own way for half the journey? If he misses a lesson it may mean he loses an EMA payment.

Text BF and confess no squash and see if he can pick some up on the way ?? That might even save you the 50p !!

I was wondering about the towel comment too !!

Am glad your life is slightly more settled...for the moment !

Ah, yes, sorry I was not with you. Been such a busy day, I really dont know if I am on my head or my heals. So much for a relaxing week! Ah well, thats the way it goes sometimes.
DS needs picking up from a place in town, so I need the SAT Nav, thank goodness BF bought me that for my birthday. I would be lost these days without it.
Just having my cup of tea, after several attempts to get it, before I go and get him. He is just going to have to wait a bit.! :D
Mousse for trifle in fridge. Custard made.
    Bread in the breadmaker.
Gammon cooked in Slow cooker, Potatoes peeled. (Thats a hard one to do, and it takes me ages to do!). I think a bit of frozen peas will go with it tonight.
Got to re think tomorrow, to be able to fit everyone into the picture, as I am starting a bit of voluntary work in the local Willen Hospice shop. Have now got a late booked, early appointment with Working Links, and some where or other,DS needs to get to College for 9.30, and across town to YOP at 12.30!
Well he can bus that bit, and then bus back to the nearest Town. Then I only have to drive the 8 miles/16 in total to get him home.
I hope he gets his bike fixed soon!.

Appointments in completely different directions! Unfortunately.
DS is going to have to go by bus sometime and I will just have to give him the last of my CAsh. I wish the EMA would hurry up and come through. The petrol was £38.96 today. Which leaves me exactly £119.21 in the bank, (Should be £253.84 for the rent left in there, so I have used my rent money to pay for petrol!).
Dad is going to see if the Child Benefit has gone into the other account and ifit has I will ask him to transfer it over to me, as soon as possible. I hate being so low in the bank!.
    Right got to go.
Take care all. I shall notbe back on tonight. Or probably much tomorrow now by the looks of things!

Potatoes peeled. (Thats a hard one to do, and it takes me ages to do!).

Cook 'em in their skins. It's healthier. And easier. And many expensive restaurants do it.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
