Morning Mooloo
I haven't worked out how to do qoutes yet, so bear with me please.
I gave a statement to the police as the toerags had knocked on my door first asking if I wanted any gardening working doing. They made me feel uneasy so I said no and shut the door on them. I had to give a descrption to the police, which took nearly two hours. I'd like to think I fall into the "Brilliant neighbour" category, but I'm not sure. My neighbour is 77, suffering from Dementia and has no contact with her family. She has sort of made me the person she comes to with any problems, including collapsing on my garden path twice. They were not fun trips to the hospital
I happen to do a very good tantrum, I am especially good at stompingI'm glad the image made you smile.
An idea came to me yesterday, I have a friend with fibromyalgia and he uses a special aromatherapy blend to help. Could you get access to that I wonder?
I hope that your arm feels better very soon and I wish I lived closer and could help make some order out of the chaos and kick a few bottoms into gear. I have 14 year old and 11 year old sons, so have lots of practice on an almost daily basis.
*pours some wine into a tea cup* Hope thats the best of both worlds

Felt that yesterday was a non achiever day due to the arm/neck.
Today I have to be up and should already be about to go out the door. Taking DGD to nursery. Then I have an appointment with the solicitor, after that a dash across country and to the dentist for 12! No peace for the wicked.
DS stayed over his friends last night. Twin1 is supposed to be coming tonight after I collect DGD from Nursery.
Not sure what I will do for tea tonight? Use up the meat from the roast I suppose.
Better get DGD dressed, I was in the shower while she ate breakfast. Mmm bit of a mess then.
Hoping to still see Molly this afternoon.
Leave the sewing until the evening as I hve to also get the passport photo and forms verified for DGD. Hopefully we will get her a passport soon. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Yes will see you later xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Good Luck with the solicitor. Look forward to an update tonight.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0

Well I am back.
Neck is a bit bad from tilting it, in the dentist chair for half an hour.
The solicitor is going to contact SS and ask them where they are at, how they got there and why they are suddenly pushing me to go for residency or guardianship. Said that should slow them down a bit and give me time to find out more etc.
The SW rang as I was on my way, to say that the boss of the team has retired, and as yet we do not have a replacement. ! Great. The blind leading the blind then.
I am just having a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich, forgot my breakfast in the dash!.
Had a slow wonder around Northampton before I had to see the solicitor and a little bit afterwards. Bought some ribbons and beads of the old market chap I used to get my stuff from when did the wedding dresses. He is retiring so its a bit hit and miss now. But got some good bits.
I also bought some lovely garments from the £1 rail in the charity shop. The textures are what I was going for, and the colours will co-ordinate with the fabrics I already have. I also bought a childs Duvet set, for £4. That I am going to attempt to make more things for the children.
So much to do now, as its all whirling around in my head!.
I better get on, before Molly arrives.
There is not much to tell really about the solicitors until he gets back to me.When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Late night for me. Twin1 has been doing my hair dye for me!. took a longtime to put it on, and about an hour from start to finish..oops. So I am a bit blonder then I normally am, but its fine. I like it. See what its like in the morning.
Bought some bits today to make some Taggies. Really looking forward to doing some of those.
The list of too makes are getting very long. Less chat and ideas and more sewing!.
Night all. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
We were up later this morning. It was 7.45am this morning before we woke today. Possibly becuase DGD went to bed a lot later. Still dry night for her though, so thats good. Mummy was going to put a Nappie on her and I said shes a big girl now and doesnt need it. (That would usually be dommed action!). I wish I didnt have to keep getting up!. Disturbs my sleep so much.
Weird dreams woke me this morning. But at least the bit I was dreaming was funny!. Standing in a que at a bank? and DGD started tap dancing, and then the man infront started, and before I knew it loads of people were dancing.! The I woke up!
No to serious stuff. I need to get moving and get sewing while I can. xWhen I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
DD often dances (and I join in *shhhh*
) in bank queues
The things you can get away with when you're out with a little one are amazing!
Morning Mooloo, enjoy the sewing and hope Twin1 and DGD have a good mummy/daughter day together0 -

I shall have to find an excuse to have a wiggle in a que then!!
Sewing only got as far as cutting out. Then it was take Mum back as she had plans. mmm Then drop of clothes (and money:o) as DS is off to Yarmouth with his friends tomorrow. (Did originally say no. But then I felt guilty. I know, I am far too soft.).
I did get a new insurance policy for my car, and had a £20 discount from swapping via my insurance broker that does the house insurance. So I am at least not out of pocket as such. But would have loved to use the money for lots of other things.!
Just making toasted sandwiches with the last of my nutty bread. Was going to use the cheap loaf I got on Saturday, but I forgot to freeze it and its gone mouldy. I am not going to go all the way back to town for a loaf of bread. Time to dig out the breadmaker and try again. Least I can find it now after some of the clearing up we did on Sunday. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
