I am tired, stressed, and will update later. Needless to say, it was an effort to go over old ground with yet another social worker. He said he is now the one thats going to get things working!..mmmm shall we see. I am sceptical, and told him that.

Mooloo, maybe when you have some time, you could make a statement for all new SW's, using the text in this thread?! Then you could have it laminated & let them read it, and give them a copy of their own to put in their file!

Any chance you could get a nap if DD has collected DGD for the weekend? It might help! Then when you wake have a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake and breathe!

Good luck for tomorrow not that you need it. If I was near buy I would call in to buy some Mooloo items.

Hoping that the connection will last!.
Have had a relaxing soak in the bath with a book, and then I have been labelling and pricing the odds and sodds that I have ready for the market tomorrow. I only have a few things, but i am taking the bunting I made DGD as a sample to show. The items are not as much or as inspiring as I would have liked for a first showing, but alas time has had the better of me.
I have been doing a little hand sewing of a handbag I started eons ago, but I do not think that its good enough to sell. So I have stopped.
Perhaps in the morning I will look at it again, and see. If not its back to the drawing board.
I wish I had the printer ink! Typically it ran out of colour. So I cannot print any photo's off of any of the things that I have made before.
I will aim to make a lot of little things during the coming week, so that the next market will have a variety of gifty things.
I have an order for some bunting to do. Just trying to match the colours with the fabrics I have, if not I will have to outsource it.

well even though there was no alarm set, I woke up at 6.15am.
My head is going around with possibilites, ideas and is being so creative its keeping me awake. Unfortunately I do not have my bedroom set up properly as a work room, and so finding the things tha I would like to use, may be somewhat difficult.

Its so quiet in the cottage. I feel really lost.
I hand wrote a little piece about the sewing yesterday, but I am not thrilled withit.
I am using my daughters laptop, and do not know if it will accept my printer. So I will have to go and dig out the connections and the printer and take a look.
If not I may have to email any leafllets I do, to myself, and go to my Mums house to print it out! Bit of a journey just for a little bit of an information for on the table.
As I only have a few items, its a drop them off, and come back later. I am not hiring a complete table, so the woman running it suggested I had some information for people to check out!
Better get to it.

I also would like to have made some small shopping bags, re-useable bags, to put my work in if it sells, but that will just have to be for the future. I only have 2 hours or so, so rushing things would be a waste of time. Its best to bottle these ideas and every day, when DGD has gone to bed, make a few things. There certainly is the incentive, if I can showcase in the village, and if there is interest of course.
Right better get going. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
